Macro Help for recomp

Hey all,

I am going on vacation for a week and when I return I will be running the 3 day Hypertrophy. I am confused on getting my macros close for a starting point.

Currently, my body stats are as follows
Weight: 268
Height: 6’2"
Waist: 44.75"

I believe that my body fat is 28% putting my LBM at 193

I have macros calculated out to be 218P/241C/68F based off the TBAB recomp table using LBM of 193.

Does this look like a good starting point?

Yea that looks pretty good to me for a starting point.

Jordan, could you clarify… is the table in TBAB article based on Lean Body Mass, or total body mass? My read was TBM, but LBM would seem to make more sense and is how Matty_D79 is making his calcs.
