Hey all,
I am going on vacation for a week and when I return I will be running the 3 day Hypertrophy. I am confused on getting my macros close for a starting point.
Currently, my body stats are as follows
Weight: 268
Height: 6’2"
Waist: 44.75"
I believe that my body fat is 28% putting my LBM at 193
I have macros calculated out to be 218P/241C/68F based off the TBAB recomp table using LBM of 193.
Does this look like a good starting point?
