Hey guys,
I’ve decided i will just run PB1 again; however, i’d like to make it a bit more bench focused and add a 3rd bench day. I was thinking of replacing the ohp in day 1 with the day 2 back exercise, and then doing a bench variation in the previous ohp slot, kind of like in pb2. Or maybe just simply replacing ohp with the bench variation and keeping the back exercise.
I was thinking of programming this exercise like the other variation in pb1 but by making it a bit lighter.
E.g
Block 1: 3x10 @8
Block 2 6@9, -5% for 2-3 sets
How does this sound to you guys?
