Medial epicondylitis on bodybuilding program

I’m in the second block of the bodybuilding program and for the last two weeks have felt some slight golfers elbow type pain when doing Biceps. I’ve never had golfers elbow before and don’t want it to turn into something more serious. I only have 4 days to train so I had to split up the arm work so that I’m doing arms at the end of each training session in order to fit everything in. Should I keep the same exercises and decrease the volume or intenstiy? If so, by how much? I feel it the most when doing Preacher curls, whereas I don’t feel it much on more neutral grip exercise like hammer curls. Thanks for the help!

If you’re only getting the symptoms with the arm work, I’d find variations that cause minimal to no symptoms using a rep range of 12-15 reps @ RPE 7, and a tempo of 3-0-3 and stick to that for the next 2-3 weeks, then progress from there back towards normal training.
