Microwaved popcorn

Hey BBM,
I am currently cutting and starting the power building 1 template. To make things easier hunger wise i found a low cal microwaved popcorn product. Its called Jolly time healthy pop and has 275cal per bag with 11g of fiber. Is it okay to have this everyday? And even tho i have greens and fruits in my diet, is this an okay form of fiber?

INGREDIENTS
100% Whole Grain Non-GMO Popcorn, Palm Oil, Salt, Sucralose, Seasoning (Smoked Sweet Paprika, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Yeast Extract, Vinegar), Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavors, Rosemary Extract to Preserve Freshness.

I think this is fine

Would you be at all concerned about the PFAS (in the coating that makes the inside of the bag non-stick)? (a relevant study: https://ehp.niehs.nih.gov/doi/full/10.1289/EHP4092)

I’m relatively new here myself, but I’ve been on a similar journey to yours, trying to find snacks that fit my goals. That Jolly Time Healthy Pop sounds like a convenient option with its low calorie count and decent fiber content. Personally, I think having it every day should be fine, especially if it helps you manage hunger during your cut.
