Moderate intensity cardio after lifting?

Hey guys,

If I lift 5 days a week, would doing 15-30 minutes of incline walking or eliptical after my training sessions be deleterious in any way to my hypertrophy training immediately prior?

I’ve seen Jordan mention how the interference effect is overstated but I’m wondering if the high frequency and high volume of cardio I have layed out here might be an exception to the rule.

The reason for this format is that it would just be the easiest way for me to hit the 150 minute reccomendation as I can just do it as an add-on at the same time as my normal workouts.
