More cardio days than lifting?

Hello and thankyou for your advice.
I’m currently doing a fair bit of cycling (mostly on a trainer due to winter) and about 4 sessions made up of 2-3x60min and 1x90-120min session.

I’ve been following a 4day BB split for a while (PHUL) but want to move onto powerbuilding 1 and maybe add 2-3kg (90kg currently).
I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with gaining some muscle while doing more cardio days than lifting?

Is it down to nutrition? Because I’m pretty good with that part!

I don’t really know where the threshold is for muscle growth inhibition with higher volumes of cardio, but I would imagine that if your cardio isn’t introducing more fatigue than what gives you headroom to apply appropriate training stimulus during lifting (i.e. it isn’t notably affecting your RPE week to week), and you’re eating enough and enough protein (at least 1.6g/kg iirc), there shouldn’t really be an issue. You could also post in the Training forum if you’d like more direct advice.
