Myo-Reps

I not sure where I read or heard it now, but I think if I can do 5 sets of 5 reps after my activation set then the weight I used was too low?

I just wrote up a whole thing on myo reps for the last newsletter. :slight_smile: This would be where I’d cap it. You’d cut it off at 5 sets, then add more weight next week.
