I am currently running the powerbuilding 1 template.
In the last few days, I started feeling stiffness/pain/burning sensation/discomfort in the jaw, throat, ear and cheek area, mostly on the left side, it started after a heavy squat session, I kinda think it’s something physical rather than something serious, but I’m unsure about it, just wanted to get your input whether this should be looked into further with a doctor or if it could be related to exercise/posture etc.
Don’t know if it matters but I have a desk job and work from home, usually put in 10-12 hours a day sitting in front of a laptop.
I usually wake up without symptoms, but as sure as I start working/using the laptop/playing videogames, basically anything, the pain comes back.
I am familiar with your approach to pain, but I’m really unsure how to apply it in this situation.
