I’ve decided I’d like to give up drinking alcohol. But I do love the taste of beer. I’ve found a company called athletic brewing I’d like to give a try , they make ipas and stouts with an alcohol content of 0.5% or less.
my question is if I’d like to have a few of these throughout the week, would there be any issues with that? To my knowledge it’s the actual alcohol that leads to health issues , not the hops or yeast etc.
I’m more concerned about the Calories you’re consuming and that you’re unlikely to compensate for them later on by eating less. Save for that, I have no issues with N/A beer from a health perspective.

Thanks for the response Jordan! So these are 70 calories a piece I think I read. Significantly less than their alcoholic counterparts that’s for sure.
Look up Partake Brewing. The IPA is less than 0.5% alcohol and only 10 calories. I don’t know how they do it but it actually tastes good.
