Hi my name is boris im 24 years old.
im benching 3 times a week currently and progressing linearly.
Yesterday i felt something strange after the workout like very little discomfort in my left shoulder.
today when i woke up i feel 6/10 pain when abducting and adducting the shoulder. The pain is mainly in the acormion even without movenent i feel some itching in that area(acormion)
i feel pain when driving and getting the shirt off etc…
Also i feel very small bump near that area (ac joint?) its invisible but if i touch it i can feel it a little swollen.
i didnt feel it durring the bench itself only after.
What should i do?
Can i keep benching ?
Or give it a week or so ?
No i didnt my shoulders was always healthy.
im after 6 month layoff been traning 4 times a week basic linear progression 3 times a week bench,3-6 reps of 90kg.
first time, if i touch the acormion bump it hurts 5-6/10.
Rotation no pain, bench(light, didnt try heavy yet) no pain and push up no pain.
but reaching to my second shoulder i feel 6/10 pain.
as i said driving a car hurts when i use this hand.
