I apologize for the silly title
I have a question about safety upper limits for micronutrients when ingested as real food.
I noticed I tend to go over the upper limits for certain micronutrients (expecially Niacin and Manganese) every day. Should these upper limits be considered only in relation with food supplements, or also in relation with real food? Should I be worried and decrease the amounts of food containing these nutrients? (whole wheat pasta has crazy amounts of both of these).
Thanks.
