Hello Dr Feigenbaum,
I am currently about to start the Beginner template. I am not an untrained person as I have trained with weights and pursued conditioning through my teens. I just recently recovered from a major scapular problem, and I have not been training consistently this year. I am 21 years old and 6ā, 4" 205 lbs, and this is my first time doing a strength program. I would like to add size as I have long limbs as well as gain strength. In regards to my diet, currently I typically have three whole meals with protein with one fist full of starchy carbs, assorted vegetables and about two added scoops of almond or peanut butter. I was wondering if doing a version of GOMAD but instead of drinking whole milk using almond butter would be a good option for me or maintaining the diet I have right now as it is lot for me to eat. This will also be my first time strictly tracking macronutrients
