Hey guys and gals. I’m planning on signing up for the group programming in mid October. My main focus is strength but I have some body composition goals I would like to real in before I focus solely on strength again. I was curious if anyone that’s doing the group programming could chime in on the type coach I would recive for nutrition when I sign up for the group programming. For instance, my ultimate goal is to be 181 and around 13-14% body fat and compete in powerlifting. Currently I’m around 160-165 @15-16%BF and don’t like the muscle to fat ratio at the moment. Would I be able to expect to get input from the coaches such as
“gain at roughly this weight, then maintain and up the conditioning and after x amount of time check back and we’ll decide to go up or down from there”. Not anything super detailed since it’s not 1 on 1 coaching but at least point me in the right direction.
