After we spoke in November I cut to just under 83Kg with a waist of just over 32 inches. I could have taken more off but I was happy with my body composition and I don’t want to get any skinnier plus my ultimate goal is putting on muscle mass. I have maintained for 3 weeks and my plan is to go up in weight around 1Kg per month for around 9-12 months. I’ve also created a spreadsheet to record weekly average weight with a trend line.
Anyway, the wife and I have had some time off and indulged with some food and drink and I’m now my weight is approaching where I intended to be in 2-3 weeks time. My question is would you do a little cut to get back down to where I should be or just maintain until everything catches up and go from there?
