Age: 24
Height: 186cm
Weight:95kg
Hi Jordan, I have reached my initial cutting target of 95kg from 113kg and I am quite happy with the results, with my waist circumference now around 33-34". However, I still have some stubborn abdominal fat that I may want to get rid of. Would you still recommend cutting to like 90kg and 30-31" to give more breathing room for future bulking? My rate of weight loss is very consistent, at 0.8kg per week. Or is 90kg a bit too light for my height?
AG,
So, biggest question here is what would you like to do in the next 3 months? 6 months? 1 year?
If getting lean is important to you, keep cutting
If that’s less important to you, I’d probably maintain for 2 months before trying to slowly gain.

Hi Jordan, I have now reached 91kg and I have decided to stop cutting. Now for a few probably dumb questions (I know…)
-
While on maintenance, is it useful to put a “weight range” around 91kg? I mean, adding carbs would probably increase my base weight due to water retention.

If lets say Im on vacation and I ate a caloric surplus for a few days, do I try to eat a caloric deficit on subsequent days to maintain the average caloric intake? Assuming Im trying to maintain my bodyweight.
