I’ve spent the last 3-4 months on a deficit to reduce my waist size to a suitable level.
I’m planning on finishing the Beginner template phase 3 soon and start Strength 1.
I see you’ve suggested a 33 inch waist before as a target with other members but these have normally been for people a bit shorter than me.
178 lbs at 6ft 2 I’m feeling quite skinny at the moment but the last bit of fat is sitting on my hips which is why my waist circumference is 34 inch.
Do you think I should continue to cut until I’m at 33 inch waist (which will probably take me another 4-5 lbs) or start Strength 1and move into a maintenance phase for ~4 weeks before doing a slow bulk?
