Just wondering if you guys have any fresh thoughts on how to prevent overpronation during squats, in order to prevent the ensuing knee caving.
The standard advice seems to be to get custom orthotics and to actively concentrate on keeping your weight on the outer edges of your feet.
This works much better than nothing but I still get a little caving on the ascent almost always, and sometimes on the descent too.
I suspect some kind of ankle brace is possible that be more reliable but have never heard of such a thing.
