Hello, I have been a long time fan of you guys! I am currently doing the Bridge after finishing the beginner template. Its prescribing OHP on training day 2. My problem is, because of Covid 19, I can’t get into a gym. I have a squat rack and pulley setup, but the problem is that my ceiling is too low for overhead press. My question is should I do a seated shoulder press as a replacement to OHP or a bench variation? I also should mention that I live in Canada so pressing outside isn’t an option haha! Thanks for your time!
Yes, seated is a reasonable option.
