Hey guys, how would you guys pick the exercises on strength 3. I am completely fine with like 90% of them and im not sure which ones to pick from here.

Hi there, what i meant to say was i am fine with 90% of all the exercises given so in other words i am fine with almost all the options for the different exercise slots so how should i pick which ones i want to do. Just my personal preference or something else?
Yep, I would pick one of the movement options you want to do based on preferences. If you have an inclination that a particular variation is going to be more helpful than another one for a particular goal, I’d favor that one as well.
