Is the training stimulus from a pin squat vastly different than that of a paused squat?
I’m about to move on to phase 3 of the beginner template and I’m trying to follow the suggested exercises. However, my home gym set up is directly beneath my daughters room and most of my workouts are done after she goes to bed at night. I fear that if clanging bars wake her up I may be forced to sleep in my car
I’m going to try wrapping my safety bars in towels to see how loud it is but may have to stick with pause squats.
