Odd question: so I’m trying to do a 4 day workout schedule during the week bit having a heck of a time while running our business. I like the volume and concentration on benchpress in particular so I’m wondering if it’s possible to split up Power building II into 1.5 week sections (still doing 3 workouts per week instead of 4) to get the full complement of exercises in? Is this going to be far less effective than just doing 4 per week as prescribed? Maybe I’m thinking about this the wrong way.
Goal: get stronger, look more muscular.
