Powerlifting and Body Fat

BBM Team,

Currently what’s the best advice in Power/Strength lifting when it comes to BF percentage? Personally my ultimate goal is strength in the “big four” while staying relatively lean. I spent about 4-5 months in a cut for the first time in my life. I lost about 35 pounds and I am around 8 percent BF. I’m 5’6 141lbs with a 29.5 inch waist. I have maintained these measurement’s for around 3 months. On a side note. three months ago I was absolutely miserable at these measurements but as my body adjusted it became much easier to maintain. The results are night and day difference compared to the same weight and body fat but just three months apart. Anyway back to my question. I know long term I don’t need or really want to stay at this BF and weight. I just need the best advice when it comes to BF percentage range and or any other helpful advice.
