I’ve seen your criteria for a protein powder to be of quality, but I was wondering if you could explain why a protein powder needs to meet that criteria. I’m asking just for own my curiosity and for the sake of knowledge. But since you have criteria for protein powder, do you have criteria for creatine also? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
I don’t really understand your question, as I explain my position when listing the criteria.
The manufacturing criteria would be the same for creatine.
Sorry for the confusion. I read your criteria for protein in your response to someone else’s question. Is there an article or video with the details behind your criteria. I understand why the amino acid, and certification such as cGMP, but I don’t understand the calories and protein spiking. I’m not disagreeing with you in any way, I just want to learn why they are apart of the criteria.
