Protein making more ache "down there"???

I’m a month into LP and have increased my protein intake accordingly. One thing I’ve noticed, especially when taking a scoop of whey isolate to supplement (I do this 1-2 times a day) that very predictably about 20-25 minutes after consuming my testicles and/or penis will ache mildly. Not debilitating but definitley irritating. This may last for an hour, sometimes less. Occasionally it will occur when eating a high protein meal as well but mostly with the whey isolate. At first I thought I might have an infection but then started noticing the pattern. I’ve started drinking copious amounts of water before and after the whey and drinking it more slowly over about 10-15 minutes. That seems to help but not eliminate the issue. Any thoughts? Am I making this all up and should look for other causes? I can’t find anyone online complaining of anything remotely similar. I didn’t have this issue before starting training.

I don’t know of any correlation between that kind of pain and protein intake.

You know you’re a scientist when you read ‘ache’ as acetylcholineesterase, instead of the word ache. sigh. Feel better man
