Hi, I’m a PT here in Germany and I want to do more with and for my patients. Most people come to us with accute pain and expect to be massaged or manipulated to relieve thier Symptoms. Here in Germany it’s normal for patients to receive 6 appointments x 20min. It’s hard to convince people to work through pain, especially since most of them are older (60+) with no prior excersize experience, who’s doctors tell them to “take it easy” and medicate. Any tips from others in the field on what type of movement therapy helps for the main types of pain patients? (I.e. low back, trap and neck)
