Hi guys, I recently purchased the ppl hypertrophy template to run, enjoying it so far!
I just have one question;
When the prescription for the exercise is “5 to 8 reps @ rpe 6/4 rir. Repeat weight for 1 set of 5-8 reps. Rpe/ rir can go up to 8/2
When doing the second set does that mean you can add around 10% of the rpe 6 weight to achieve rpe 8 on the second set or does it it mean if you are building fatigue it is ok to go up to rpe 8?
