Push pull legs hypertrophy template

Hi guys, I recently purchased the ppl hypertrophy template to run, enjoying it so far!

I just have one question;

When the prescription for the exercise is “5 to 8 reps @ rpe 6/4 rir. Repeat weight for 1 set of 5-8 reps. Rpe/ rir can go up to 8/2

When doing the second set does that mean you can add around 10% of the rpe 6 weight to achieve rpe 8 on the second set or does it it mean if you are building fatigue it is ok to go up to rpe 8?

Welcome to the forum. Happy to have you here.

In this example, the weight should remain the same. We expect some fatigue to occur as you the sets, hence the range of RPE.
