question about gpp LI cardio

hy! I was wondering can you get same effect from doing 20 min LI cardio 3x/week rather then doing 30 min 2x/week.

on current template I have 2x/week 30 min, but I have light uphill from work to home and it is perfect for my bike LI cardio, but the trip only lasts 20 min.
If it doesnt matter it will be huge time and life saver, tnx

It likely doesn’t matter much here, especially if the bike ride means you will consistently get the cardio in. The only caution would be that if you are biking to/from work daily and are very adapted to this, it might not be sufficient cardio for something like weight loss.
