Currently just started running the Strength III template this week, I have had a look at the week 2 set up and it has a set of (76% e1rm x 15 reps(sets of 4-6 reps, all sets < RPE 8.5). Is this set a myo rep set?

Currently just started running the Strength III template this week, I have had a look at the week 2 set up and it has a set of (76% e1rm x 15 reps(sets of 4-6 reps, all sets < RPE 8.5). Is this set a myo rep set?
Welcome and hope you enjoy that template. Those are not myoreps, rather this allows you to split the work up a bit based on your readiness that day. You will do a total of 15 reps, but you can do them in sets of 4-6 reps, to a total of 15 reps. Like 5, 5, 5 reps or 6, 5, 4.
