Quick bridge WK 6 question

Hey guys, this is a really quick and easy question. This semester at school has had a few days where my RPE was a bit lower than what was projected using the RPE chart. Still making good progesssion and actually squatting my old 1rm for 1@8. However this week has been especially demanding with school and next week will be as well. Yesterday I did my pin squats and OHP I couldn’t finish the sets entirely without significantly dropping weight (I am just utterly sleep deprived this week) . So I’m pretty much calling yesterday my worst performance yet, should keep on as is next week or should I redo or make up that workout some how? Thanks, still some how making gainz while I’m getting tossed around by these classes

Was this day of pin squats and OHP more than 5% less than the previous week? We don’t know what the “significant” drop is. Regardless, do not make it up, carry on, and since this was ONE day, go into the next one ready to lift well. Sleep is super important, but we are often able to surprise ourselves with how well training goes under sub-optimal conditions.

Hey sorry, school has been super demanding, this is the earliest I could respond. Yes it was 50lbs or so lower, I was just utterly exhausted from like 4-5 days of sleeping 3-5 hours a night.
