Rational behind training organisation in The Bridge

First, thank you for the program, and for all that you contribute in terms of knowledge towards the field. I am just fresh off my LP, and going to run The Bridge. I was curious as to why the Bridge fluctuates between different stress levels along the weeks? Is it a means to both accumulate and dissipate fatigue, or is the answer more nuanced than that?

It is more nuanced than that, and has to do with the changes that occur as a lifter advances beyond the novice phase. Have you read the eBook? We are hoping to do a podcast on the program sometime soon.
