REALLY HIGH testosterone levels

Hello Doctors,

I’m a 30yo pharmacist and long time follower, I would like an opinion regarding some abnormal blood test results:

----in 2015 I went to a fertility clinic and my testosterone level was 9.54 ng/ml (range: 2.41-8.27);
----in the last 40 days. The concetrations were respectivaly: 37.5 molL and 107.24nmol/L (range 10.0-32.0).

Should I dig deeper and book an appointment with a specialist? Should I look for an andrologist or an endocrinologist?

Hi Doctor Baraki, I just asked to include it because I felt my libido was low. Then I kept checking it.

That said, there are other causes for altered libido and sexual function that need to be worked up first prior to assessing testosterone levels, which doesn’t correlate super well anyway.
