Before I get into the question, I would like to give a bit of context. I’m a 21 year old male, 175cm tall and about 100kg and my waist is currently about 94-95cm. I’m also asian if that helps.I also train about 4 times per week, mostly weight training with little cardio.
Currently I’m trying to lose some weight and get both my weight and my waist down to a reasonable level, I’m losing about from 0,5kg-1kg per week. I would like to ask if my current speed is reasonable for my situation. Am I exposing myself to health risk by not losing weight more aggressively?
I would also like to thank Jordan and the whole Barbell Medicine for all of your hard work. It has helped me tremendously and also informed/motivated me to start losing weight to be healthier overall.
