Recommendations on Increasing Insulin Sensitivity

Hi BBM Crew!

I was wondering if there were any recommendations you have on increasing insulin sensitivity?

For context, I am 24, current weight is between 205-210lbs @ 5’11 @ ~18-20% body fat (I am guessing here, but I still have visible upper abs and waist sits at 33). I am also running the 12 week strength template and am currently eating 5 meals a day, 3 of which have 60+ carbs in them.

Increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat, increasing activity levels, and sleeping well can help. The real question is who among us should be concerned with their insulin sensitivity (to the degree it can be reliably tested in the office) over markers like body weight, fat mass, waist circumference, and exercise tolerance?
