I have read the “How to measure your waist correctly” article, and noticed that Asian male should roughly stop gaining weight
until we have reached 37 inches compared to western folks at 40 inches.
This morning I checked my waist and noticed it is about 91cm, my weight at 86kg (height is 180cm).
I currently am running the Press Template with my friend (3 weeks in), and my current lifts are
Press 65kg @8
Deadlift 165kg @8
Squat 145@8
Bench 102.5@8
Chinup +30@8
The question would be if I should recomp or cut. I used to have some issues with gaining weight(former fatboy), so I am pretty
happy that I was able to get up to 86kg, but if it"s bad for health, then I would consider cutting a few kg.
Any advice would be appreciated.
