Recomposition

Hello, I was planning on doing a Recomposition for approximately 20 weeks whilst I run the bridge then the strength template.
I just got done “cutting”, I lost about 11lbs in 8 weeks and to avoid more loss of strength I think that doing a recomp would be wise so I don’t necessarily gain weight(fat) and or lose anymore strength.
My current stats are
230lbs ~20% bf waist of around 36"
22 years old
just got done with the hypertrophy template.
My main question is how should I design a recomp so that I can be most successful in both strength gains whilst not moving too far in one direction of weight loss or weight gain. I’ve read “to be a beast” and set my calories accordingly, but I just wanted to know what else I could do.

What is your exact waist taken properly? This is important for whether or not I would even recommend a “recomp”.

That said, I’m not sure what your exact question is about how to design a recomp in a manner that is generally superior to what is laid out in TBAB.

Just re-watched your video on how to measure the waist correctly again and it measured out to 36.5~". Fair warning that is after coming home after work and drinking a glass of water bc thirsty af.
As a side question, does when you measure matter? I’ve always thought that measuring in the morning right after waking would be the best because that’s when I weigh myself as well and before you eat or drink anything.

Main question is that how should I set up a recomposition so that I would be most successful. My goals right now are to gain strength, numbers I have in mind is 330 bench, 465 squat and 500 deadlift from 295 bench, 420 squat and 450 deadlift. Not really sure if lifts matter.

Doesn’t really matter as long as you’re taking it under consistent conditions.

Right, but back to this> What specific factors about your situation need to be managed differently than what is laid out in TBAB.

I dont think i necessarily have any factors that need to be managed differently outside of what is written in the article.
Do you have any advice for how long to perform a recomp?

I don’t think there are specific lengths dictated for how long to run a cut, bulk, or recomp.
