Can a lifter reach his natural genetic limits for muscle gain lifting in higher rep ranges (8 -15 reps) for his entire training career, without ever going into lower rep ranges, say 3 - 6?
Probably, as there’s nothing uniquely beneficial to the lower rep ranges from a hypertrophy standpoint
Thanks for the response.
In your experience, have you found that lifters w/ rheumatoid arthritis tolerate moderate rep ranges and lower intensity better than low reps and high intensity?
This is all highly individual.
