Rerunning a Program

Hey everyone,
I was wondering what changes to make when I decide to rerun a program? Do I increase my sets, or does the RPE take care of any “changes” that need to happen. Thinking of doing the bridge again and was curious about this.

Keep the sets/reps the same. Presumably you made progress the first time, so your weights will be higher and RPE will take care of modulating the training stress. For the strength focused programs, I will sometimes change the third exercises, for variety or to see if something might be better for me. Enjoy!

since you have ran the bridge before, you could consider repeating week 4 a few times as a method to drive more adaptation before transitioning to the higher intensity/lower volume weeks
