Respiratory fitness isn't in line with heart beat rate.

Hello to all the bbm crew! First of all, thank you for the information you provide, you make the world a better place!
Some history of mine: I am a 27 years old guy from Greece. I have competed on several trail and road running races from 3k to 170k. In the end of 2016 i had an accident and stopped running competitively. From then on, i competed on some powerlifting competitions (SQ:217.5kg BP: 135kg DL:262.5kg at 76.8 bw).
Right now, i weight train with relatively low volume 4-5 times/week and run 2-4 times/week(1 long run ~2h, 1 short high intensity run ~30min and 2 optional days of low intensity for 30-50min).
I am for a long time medicated (From a doctor ofc) with lamictal 200mg/day, wellbutrin 150mg/day and Ladose(Prozac(fluexotine)) 20mg/day for my bipolar disorder and ocd. In combination with therapy my symptoms are almost entirely eliminated. For my supplementation i take Creatine monohydrate 3-5g/day, Dha-Epa 2g/day as been told from my doctor. I weight around 76-80kg in general (1.74cm), ~9-13% Bodyfat, 3000-4000 cals/day with 4-8 servings of veggies and fruit/day and ~150g of protein/day. (Tracking for 1-2 days/week to be sure that my eyes don’t lie to me).
Now to my question, around May (due to my fault(stopped my medication for no reason)) i got to the worst depressing episode of my life (almost ended my life). The episode lasted until August and now i live for sure the best period of life as far for my mental health. To the issue, from the time that i got into the last depression episode, my respiratory fitness changed drastically compared to my heart beat ( tracked it with various of straps ). I run at 115-125 beats per min and my respiratory RPE is like the previous 150s hb/m. I am a bit confused because i thought when i’ll get out of depression the issue will be fixed but it seems that wasn’t the case. As far as my blood work, hormone work, blood pressure, urine and poop tests, heart tests everything is fine except my testosterone is double the highest lab number (not that it matters, i was just curious). Can you make any case why this is happening that the respiratory fitness isn’t in line with my heart beat?
If this post is inappropriate, i apologize in advance.
Thank you very much,

Thank you for your kind words.

Unfortunately, though, I’m not able to provide a good hypothesis for what you’re observing / experiencing. Sorry about that.

Thank you very much for your answer. The funny, thing is that post 2 weeks of low stress training (lower volume), i think the issue is solved. So, that makes me think that it was due to fatigue accumulation. Anyhow, i will continue to observe it.

*### Thank you for sharing your case, I was just looking for someone who could tell me how to get out of the same situation. Did you handle it?*

Thank you for sharing your case, I was just looking for someone who could tell me how to get out of the same situation. Did you handle it? My trainer says that I stopped trying to work out after my divorce, although I’m always happy to work out longer just to avoid going back home where my husband and I lived. I get depressed. The doctor said that I have respiratory arrhythmia and I need to exercise properly and breathe with particular intensity. I looked at https://thefitnesstribe.com about it, and there is a detailed description of all the steps. But I don’t want to see a therapist since I feel better already. Is it worth seeing one?
