Restless nights after a training day

For some time now I notice that my sleep is disturbed the night after a training day. So when I train during the day (doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning, afternoon, whatever) I have a really restless night.
I wake up several times, I can’t lay still, I don’t dream (no deep sleep?) …
This hampers my recovery quite a bit. And I’m suffering from OSAS. So my recovery isn’t on point even without this problem.
On days off training I don’t have this problem.

BTW: I’m awaiting surgery to solve the OSAS. Due to these circumstances the treatment with an MRA has stopped for now. So the OSAS is untreated atm.

I don’t think there’s any meaningful things I can suggest for this condition at this time other than sleep hygiene parameters and get that procedure done.

That said, keep training.

OK. I’ll have to be patient for a few more months. But after the surgery my sleep quality (and quality of life) should increase quite a bit.
Tonight: The Bridge: week 1, training 2
