Hi all,
I wanted to start a log somewhere as I had previously had one on tnation and some other sites throughout the years. I’m 25, ~243 Bodyweight, 5’8”. I used to be way stronger than I currently am but life, tearing a pec, work etc all got in the way. After recently purchasing a house and getting all of my equipment here looking to make a return to competitive powerlifting.

My training follows something akin to the juggernaut method which is what I used to hit my previous bests. I always modified to have more powerlifting specific work in rather than athletics so you’ll see most things don’t follow the templates CWS originally laid out.
