When in a “cutting phase” should I be prioritizing protein intake over caloric intake to prevent LBM loss?
Meaning… obviously calories are the most important BUT if I am finding on a particular day I am too low on protein would you advise getting to my protein requirement even if it means going over my caloric budget for the day? Or would I be better off hitting my calorie goal and trying to “be better” about protein goals the following day/in the future.
