Complete Daily Calories or Greater Deficit?

I’m doing power building at 190lbs at 20% BF, trying to get down to 175lbs. My cals are 2170 190 Carb, 190 Protein, 72 Fat.

I often find myself at the end of the day near my protein and lacking 100-200 cals, mostly in fat and carbs. If I’m not hungry, is it better to complete the daily calories not matter what, or have a greater deficit for that day as long as I got all my protein?

If you want to lose weight faster, you can reduce your calories by those extra 100-200. If you’re good with your current rate, you can just eat a protein free meal. Nothing wrong with that.
