Seasonal Allergies

Any special suggestions for Springtime allergies? It sucks to train and sleep with stuffy nose or post nasal drip.
Most of the year I am fine and I usually just take fexofenadine with pseudoephedrine for the few really bad weeks. It doesn’t seem to have any bad effect other than feeling a bit dried out.
Apparently where I live outside of Dayton is in the top 100 worst places in the world for seasonal allergies. Yay!

Have you ever used an intranasal corticosteroid, like Fluticasone?

No, I was told you have to use it consistently for 4-6 weeks to have a benefit and that is usually the extent of the time it really sucks. Is that correct? Thanks!

Nope, though you do benefit more from using it consistently vs. intermittently.

I will give it a shot (up my nose)

Austin; Feeling MUCH better after only 3 days. Thank you!
(I didn’t realize how weird the pseudoephedrine was making me feel until I stopped it.)
