Seminars

Big fan of the barbell medicine team and content, I have learned a lot the past couple years following the blogs, etc. I’m interested in the seminars and was considering attending the FT Collins seminar but in reading the description it sounds like it’s really geared towards coaches and medical professionals. While I’m sure I would find all the topics of interest, I’m not part of those crowds, I just want to get as strong as I can and learn everything I can about nutrition, health and strength training. Would this be for me or are there other programs that might be better?

I really appreciate what I have learned from you guys and the gains I have made in my late 50’s a result have far exceeded any of my past individual efforts in younger years.

I would say that the majority of our attendees are NOT health professionals (though we typically do have a few), but rather regular people who are interested in learning everything they can about health, nutrition, and training. Which sounds like you

I’m a guy pretty much like you and went to the Brooklyn seminar. Honestly a fantastic experience and really a bargain.
