I track a Session RPE after each workout and I see a Weekly Au recorded in the Totals area. I do not see anything in the PDF about how to use these values. Can you explain?
They’re not really for users to actively manage and the values are not terribly important. That said if you were wanting to use them, you’d be looking at the trend of AU from a 4 week period of time and compare it to a single week period of time e.g. weeks 1-4 to week 5, to see how the training stress changed. Large magnitudes of increase are what we’re trying to avoid here, though again no specific value has been established as predictive of being “too much”. We put this in there to try and collect a bit of data for our own purposes.
