I am having to climb in and out of my truck a lot, which is really aggravating my medial glute tendinopathy. So I tried just to climb in and out of the truck with just my other leg, but now it feels like I’m starting to develop tendonitis in my right hip flexor.
How can I rehab this without quitting my job?
I’ve been alternating front squats with split squats, and I reduced the volume from 15 sets per week to maybe 10 to 12.
I’m doing four sets per workout and working up to top set of RPE 7 - 8. I’m also doing tempo reps to try and manage the load conservatively, with a 3-second concentric and eccentric phase.
Could I still make progress if I just did one lower body session per week?
