Hello BBM folks!
I heard that eating right before bed or even taking a protein shake is not a good Idea since your body temperature is rising because of the newly rising metabolism.
This would interfere with a calm refreshing sleep and reduce recovery because your body is working on metabolize the food instead of rebuilding cells and letz dem GainZZZ happen.
I find I quite hard sometimes to not eat after 7-8pm because thats when I come home and I go to bed at at the latest 9:30pm
