Shoulder pain at the bottom of the bench press

For the last 20 years, I have trained crossfit, and thus trained very little bench press.

If I do shoulder presses, dips and other things, my shoulder doesn’t hurt.

But at the bottom of the bench press my right shoulder hurts. Even just with the barbell it hurts a little, and with only 50 kg it hurts.

What should I do?
