Hey all,
Currently doing Bridge 3.0 (finished 1.0 before that). I have seen great strength gain in all of my lifts except bench press. Most of that is my fault due to form issues, shying away from touching the chest(shoulder pain in the past). I’m finally feeling better about my form.
I bought the reactive slingshot to reinforce form and to hopefully get some variety in my bench. What ways do you all use the slingshot? Do you use it on every bench exercise for a period of time or only use it after completing the prescribed sets?
Just wondering what success you all have experienced by using the slingshot.
