Thoughts on slingshot benching ?

Wondering what are your thoughts on using a slingshot ( or any other company of a similar product ) as a bench variation. On my next cycle I’ll be upping benching to 3 times a week and I’m trying to decide what I would like to do. I’m thinking first day competition bench , second day a variation like close grip. And possibly third using a slingshot.

We like the Slingshot as a supplemental bench.
